 Study of TAIYO CORPORATION began with the development of yogurt for industrial use and we possess original lactic acid bacteria more than 2,000 strains now and study every day about use for food and cosmetics.

 These days, we focus on food ingredients such as vegetables or fruit juice aside from milk and develop products not only with improved taste but also added various functionality. They are used in beverage, ice cream, cake as  key raw materials which are indispensable to various processed food.
