Quality management system

 TAIYO CORPORATION engages in quality assurance activity systematically at all processes from product plan/development, procurement of raw materials, manufacturing, distribution and sales in order to provide safe and trusted products  to customers, We guarantee quality,which we promised with customers, mainly by quality management department.

 Quality management department makes "We are aware of providing safe and trusted product as a social duty and carry out the inspection at each stage from a plan of the product to the delivery " as a standard of conduct".
 We try to achieve the standard by establishing an action agenda and constructing a guarantee system.

 Okayama factory acquired food security management system "FSSC22000", which GFSI( Global Food Safety Initiative) approves on January 2016. We try to reinforce further Company-Level quality control in conjunction with Saitama factory which has already acquired it on March 2012.

  Needless to say the quality control of raw materials and products cooperating with each section, quality management department works on maintenance・improvement of quality management system every day to provide customers with the product trusted by legal compliance.
